About Us


The president of Michael's Janitorial and Floor Service worked in the health care industry for over 30 years. The last 15 years of his career he was Director of six outpatient facilities. One of his frustrations was finding quality and dependable janitorial services. Determined to make a difference in this industry he opened his own company in 1997. The company initially focused on providing services to health care facilities. In the past years Michael's has expanded their services to a wide range of industries and types of facilities including multi-story office buildings.

Quality Assurance Program

To ensure client satisfaction Michael's developed a quality assurance program that provides feedback to both the customer and the staff performing the work. Site inspections are performed by trained supervisors and in harmony with site tasks schedules. This is a unique approach in the industry. However, it has proven to be an exceptional program which allows client and staff involvement.

Our professional timekeeping software has helped us in every aspect of business! We have not missed a building due to "no shows" since starting. Expresstime is a automated timekeeping system that goes far beyond just accurate timekeeping. It is a reliable, easy to use call call monitoring system that works 24/7 to improve crew efficiency and to free supervisors for other important tasks. It helps insure quality customer service by:

  • Clocking employees in/out from each jobsite,
  • Paging supervisors for no shows, late arrivals and eary leavers,
  • Recording and Leaving Voicemail,
  • Tracking supplies in each building.
